Overview

White flowers are produced in profusion on stout stems, which rise above bushy mounds of foliage. They stand up well to rain and put on an impressive show that can last for months on end if they are deadheaded regularly. If you want to add some other colours to the display, then blues, purples, silvers and softer shades of pink would be ideal. Grown in individual plug cells, each plant measures about 4 - 6cm tall (from the base of the root to the top of the plant). They are ideal for keen gardeners who have a greenhouse where the plants can be grown on until they are ready for planting out in the garden once all chance of frost has passed. Please note: We grow these especially for you, so we do request that full payment is made when you place your order. See above for despatch dates. To ensure that your plants arrive in the best possible condition each pack will be despatched individually. Please also be aware that the pot in the photograph is not included.

Care guide

Pot up and grow on in the greenhouse until all risk of frost has passed and they can be planted out. Pinch out the growing tips to encourage bushier growth, and feed regularly with a high-potash fertiliser to promote flowering. Removing the spent flowers as they fade will encourage even more to form.

How your order will arrive

Pots and Packaging
Small plugs are arranged in a plastic tray in a cardboard box. Foam is used to secure the plugs from the bottom and the top.

Preparation
The nursery will ensure the plant is moist while it's waiting to be picked up. Our quality control team waters the plant before packing them where necessary to make sure that the plant is suitably watered for transport. Plants with long delicate stems are secured with canes to prevent damage.

Typically plants are delivered ready to plant and will take some time to settle, grow and look more like the product image above.
