Overview

A semi-evergreen perennial with pinkish-purple foliage and sprays of pink flower. The bright pink-purple leaves of this heuchera are large, and they form a dense, semi-evergreen mound, which will offer colour to both border edges and pots. Then, in summer, upright branching stems arise, bearing sprays of small pink bells. Larger and faster growing than many other heucheras, it's easy to grow and it makes colourful groundcover.

Care guide

Heucheras do not like dry soil. Remove tatty foliage in autumn. Lift and divide clumps every couple of years in early autumn and replant with the crown just above the surface of the soil. Apply a generous 5-7cm (2-3in) mulch of well-rotted organic matter around the crown of the plant in spring.

Pots and Packaging
Our 9cm pots are given extra packaging to protect the plant. This extra packaging consists of a recyclable plastic blister pack which is then placed in a cardboard box for delivery.

Preparation
The nursery will ensure the plant is moist while it's waiting to be picked up. Our quality control team waters the plant before packing them where necessary to make sure that the plant is suitably watered for transport. Plants with long delicate stems are secured with canes to prevent damage.
