Overview

Pale pink, scented flowers with red centres and long flowering period. A popular modern pink with clove-scented, double, pale pink flowers with red centres from early summer through to autumn. The fine, silvery-green foliage makes a lovely frame for the masses of flowers. Old-fashioned by reputation, and short-lived by nature, this is nonetheless a robust plant with a long flowering period that will tolerate a wide range of conditions. It is best planted towards the front of a perennial border or rock garden, or in a pot.

Care guide

Incorporate lots of well-rotted manure or garden compost into the planting hole. Apply a balanced fertiliser in spring and deadhead to prolong flowering.

Pots and Packaging
Our 9cm pots are given extra packaging to protect the plant. This extra packaging consists of a recyclable plastic blister pack which is then placed in a cardboard box for delivery.

Preparation
The nursery will ensure the plant is moist while it's waiting to be picked up. Our quality control team waters the plant before packing them where necessary to make sure that the plant is suitably watered for transport. Plants with long delicate stems are secured with canes to prevent damage.

Typically plants are delivered ready to plant and will take some time to settle, grow and look more like the product image above.
