Pennisetum orientale 'JS Dance with Me' captivates with its abundant, pure white flower plumes that float above narrow, elegantly swaying foliage in even the gentlest breeze. This standout cultivar surpasses other Pennisetum cultivars with fuller, whiter blooms produced in greater numbers throughout an extended flowering period. Forming a dense, low mounding habit, this drought-resistant beauty thrives in well-draining soil and performs best in full sun. Requiring only a spring prune and tidy up to maintain its charm, this low-maintenance dancer brings ethereal movement and lasting appeal to borders, gravel gardens and contemporary landscapes. Please note that the pot in the photograph is not supplied with the plant(which is sent out in a simple nursery alternative)

Care guide

When planting add a scoop of well-rotted organic matter and perhaps some horticultural grit to improve drainage. In autumn, add a generous layer of mulch to provide an insulating layer around the roots and leave the top growth for winter protection and interest. Cut back the previous year's growth each spring to ground level.
