Opalescent pale blue flowers that light up a shady spot. A wonderful, low-growing plant that can be used to add colour to the woodland floor, or the front of a shadier border. The long-lasting opalescent flowers open from pink buds in spring, and are shown off beautifully against the backdrop of silver-spotted, semi-evergreen foliage. This combination makes it ideal for subtly lighting up shady spots, where it can be planted with spring flowering bulbs, or shade-loving ferns and hostas. Also, as this is a compact variety, it will make a super addition to shady patio pots.
