Overview

One of the longest-flowering blue forms. Said to be one of the longest-blooming blue lungworts, this ground-covering plant is well worth growing for the colour of the flowers alone. They are a striking cobalt blue, and they look very fresh and bright in spring, perched in clusters on top of the upright stems above the silver-freckled foliage.

Care guide

Lift and divide large clumps every three to five years after flowering or in autumn. Cut back plants affected by mildew to the ground, water and feed - the plant will regenerate and produce new leaves later in the year.

Pots and Packaging
Our 9cm pots are given extra packaging to protect the plant. This extra packaging consists of a recyclable plastic blister pack which is then placed in a cardboard box for delivery.

Preparation
The nursery will ensure the plant is moist while it's waiting to be picked up. Our quality control team waters the plant before packing them where necessary to make sure that the plant is suitably watered for transport. Plants with long delicate stems are secured with canes to prevent damage.
