How we moderate reviews

To protect the authenticity of reviews, we work with Feefo, a trusted global partner that helps us collect and manage feedback.

  • Feefo's smart moderation technology detects fraud, with zero tolerance for fake reviews.
  • Star ratings are based on the average of all customer ratings and automatically update if reviews are removed.
  • Product reviews are displayed in chronological order, with no preference given to positive feedback.

Review guidelines

When leaving a review, please keep these guidelines in mind:

  • Share your honest opinion based on a genuine experience.
  • Avoid including personal details such as full names or addresses.
  • Please don't mention competitors or the specific price you paid.
  • Do not post reviews in exchange for payment, free products, discounts, or other rewards.
  • Make sure your star rating matches your written review.
  • Do not post anything misleading, offensive, or inappropriate.

Reporting fake or misleading reviews

If you come across a review that looks fake or misleading, please let us know by contacting our customer service team through our contact form. Any reviews that break our policy will be removed, and in some cases, the linked customer account may be suspended.
