Overview

Tolerant of dry shade once established. An excellent ground-covering form with lemon yellow flowers, that will slowly spread to create a dense semi-evergreen carpet of heart-shaped, mid green leaflets, which are brownish-red when young. Tough and undemanding, it will cope well with drought once it has become established making it invaluable in dry shady locations.

Care guide

In early spring remove dead and damaged leaves before the flowers appear and apply a thick mulch of compost or well-rotted compost around the crown of the plant. Lift and divide large clumps in autumn.

Pots and Packaging
Our 9cm pots are given extra packaging to protect the plant. This extra packaging consists of a recyclable plastic blister pack which is then placed in a cardboard box for delivery.

Preparation
The nursery will ensure the plant is moist while it's waiting to be picked up. Our quality control team waters the plant before packing them where necessary to make sure that the plant is suitably watered for transport. Plants with long delicate stems are secured with canes to prevent damage.
