Tagetes Strawberry Blonde | French Marigold

Bringing the traditional French Marigold up to date, 'Strawberry Blonde' is a vigorous and bushy dwarf Tagetes with fully double, bronze, yellow, peachy-pink and copper-tinted flowers, frilled to the max. A super plant for patio pots and window boxes, it's also an unusual and unexpected russety splash of colour when used in traditional border bedding schemes for a contemporary garden. Grown in individual plug cells, each plant measures about 4 - 6cm tall (from the base of the root to the top of the plant). They are ideal for keen gardeners who have a greenhouse where the plants can be grown on until they are ready for planting out in the garden once all chance of frost has passed.
