We have put together a kit containing all you require to get your new tree off to the best possible start. We've included a bamboo stake and super soft tie to ensure your tree has the support it needs whilst establishing its roots.

One Bamboo Stake
Bamboo Canes Bulk Bundles are a natural and great way to support potted plants or for using in beds and borders to create a sturdy growing frame. Bamboo canes have been used for years in the natural plant support ranges.

One Super Soft Tree Tie
This soft yet strong rubber tree tie can be used for all tree fixing requirements. The flexible, self-locking construction enables a figure of 8 method of tying which ties the tree away from the support stake without the need for a spacer. High quality and weather resistant, this tree tie is made in the UK. The specially made super soft tree tie will gently support your tree and unlike cheaper versions or cable ties, will not cut into the tree as it grows or sways in the wind.

Empathy rootgrow Mycorrhizal Fungi
Is a planting essential for professional and amateur gardeners alike who want to ensure that their plants get off to the best start possible. Empathy rootgrow™ contains a unique blend of remarkable fungi which literally works with your treated plant for their entire lifetime. When applied rootgrow™ builds a secondary root system in the soil that is able to supply essential nutrients that plants find hard to access.

Empathy Biofertiliser for Trees, Shrubs & Herbaceous Plants
A blend of naturally sourced nutrients and beneficial soil bacteria, it nourishes plants and enriches soil - especially useful while plants are establishing in their first year. Treated plants have more natural vigour, with better resistance to pests and disease and more abundant flowering.

Installation

Bamboo Stake - Secure at least 40cm in the ground.

Empathy rootgrow Mycorrhizal Fungi - Sprinkle the granules over the base of the planting hole to roughly match the area of your new plant's pot base. One or two scoops per plant is usually enough. No need to mix in with the soil.

Empathy AfterPlant™ Tree & Shrub - Immediately after planting your tree apply 1-2 handfuls (25 – 50g) around the base of the plant, lightly work into the soil and water well.
