Forget-me-nots thrive in moist, well-drained soil and prefer partial shade. Water frequently during dry spells to maintain evenly moist soil. Deadhead spent blooms to promote continued flowering.These short-lived perennials are best grown as perennials or annuals but will self seed and spread if left untrimmed after flowering. Divide overcrowded clumps every 2-3 years after flowering to maintain vigour.
