Petunia multiflora Shock Wave Deep Purple

A trailing, magenta-crimson petunia bedding plant for baskets and pots. One of the most impressive of the trailing petunias, 'Shock Wave' produces an abundance of magenta-crimson flowers throughout the summer. It looks sublime when cascading over the edges of a pot or hanging basket either or its own, or teamed with deep purples, softer pink or silver. Grown individually in cell trays, each plant measures about 7 - 10cm tall (from the base of the root to the top of the plant). They are ideal for keen gardeners who have a greenhouse where the plants can be grown on until they are ready for planting out in the garden once all chance of frost has passed.
