Overview

A profusion of dark pink, double flowers. Great for adding a splash of colour to the garden in mid to late summer, 'Pamina' produces large, double, deep pink, cup-shaped flowers throughout July and August above clumps of pretty, deeply cut, deep green leaves. This award-winning Japanese anemone is perfect for the middle of a sunny or lightly shaded border, and being more compact than other varieties, it's particularly suitable for small gardens.

Care guide

Cut back the stalks after the flowers have faded. Tidy up old dead leaves in March, then mulch well. Avoid moving the plant since it resents disturbance. Where necessary lift and divide congested colonies in early spring.

Pots and Packaging
Our 9cm pots are given extra packaging to protect the plant. This extra packaging consists of a recyclable plastic blister pack which is then placed in a cardboard box for delivery.

Preparation
The nursery will ensure the plant is moist while it's waiting to be picked up. Our quality control team waters the plant before packing them where necessary to make sure that the plant is suitably watered for transport. Plants with long delicate stems are secured with canes to prevent damage.

Typically plants are delivered ready to plant and will take some time to settle, grow and look more like the product image above.
