Our Aquatic Compost is specifically formulated for planting in water and encourages strong growth and plants to flourish without encouraging algae or blanket weed. It will promote strong roots and a healthy lush foliage in the aquatic environment without effecting your pond wildlife. It contains grit and sand to stabilise pond plants and for ease of planting. The soil helps prevent plants becoming uprooted and supplies them with the correct proportion of nutrients to promote healthy pond plant growth in your garden. The soil can be used for many types of aquatic plants, including floating, marginal plants, oxygenators and waterlilies.
