A quick, fast and light innovation in footing, Quickset is a durable and easy way to support metal and wooden posts in your garden. This revolutionary innovation requires none of the standard curing or mess from more common means of securing posts. Weight for weight you'll use three times less Quikset than regular concrete!

What is Quikset?

Quikset is a fast, clean and safe alternative to traditional concrete. It takes only a moment to mix Quikset in the bag and only 6 minutes from pouring for it to begin to set. Strong, fast, reliable and safe, this versatile material has endless possibilities.

Installation

How much will I need?

Great question! This will depend on the size of the hole you dig and the size of the fence post or pole you're installing. Here are a few calculations to help you work out exactly how many 700ml bags of Quikset you'll need:

If the hole is 60cm deep with a 15cm diameter

  • You need 0.5 of a 700ml bag for a 10x10cm pole
  • You need 0.6 of a 700ml bag for a 8x8cm pole
  • You need 0.8 of a 700ml bag for a 6x4cm pole

If the hole is 90cm deep with a 15cm diameter

  • You need 0.6 of a 700ml bag for a 10x10cm pole
  • You need 0.8 of a 700ml bag for a 9x9cm pole
  • You need 1 x 700ml bag for a 7x7cm pole
  • You need 1.1 x 700ml bags for a 6x6cm pole
  • You need 1.2 x 700ml bags for a 5x5cm pole
  • You need 1.5 x 700ml bags for a less than 5cm pole
