• How does a wall water feature work?

  Wall mounted water features generally use a simple mechanism where a pump filters the water for circulation in the reservoir of the feature. The water then flows from the base to the top where it cascades into a basin. As it collects in the basin it gradually fills up, spilling back down into the reservoir and the cycle continues. Over time, spills and evaporation will cause the water levels to decrease. Because of this, we recommend topping up the water feature regularly to ensure your water feature stays in top condition all year round.

• Can my water fountain be on all the time?

  Water pumps are designed to operate at all times as they are crucial in maintaining a healthy body of water. However, water fountains should not be operating during cleaning to ensure safety.   The first step is to ensure the fountain is switched off at the mains. Then, depending on the material, there are different methods to effectively clean it.
